The community of Canistro is preparing to welcome artists and enthusiasts for the 19th "Pierino De Michele Prize" Extemporaneous Painting Competition, scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025.
The event, organized by the Pro Loco Canistro, combines local tradition with a deeply timely message.
The theme chosen for this edition is "The Chestnut Festival: a celebration of peace in a world of war." It is an invitation to rediscover the essence of community and conviviality as an antidote to global conflicts.
