The Olive Tree Trek is part of a sustainable tourism development and promotion program centered on the history, tradition, culture, and local crops. The 14-kilometer trail is suitable for all levels. In addition to highlighting the area's potential for olive growing, the trek also highlights its landscape, environmental, historical, and cultural value. Along the way, visitors will discover centuries-old native trees such as Monicella, the Rovetan Alvia, ancient olive presses, and terraces with their dry stone walls. Furthermore, visitors will rediscover medieval villages, castles, fountains, and churches that are part of our Rovetan heritage.
