The structure is made up of 2 independent housing units with Bed and Breakfast service (cooking is not possible and pets are not allowed).

The structure is aimed at all guests who want to spend a few days in total relaxation in a unique environmental context, in fact, within walking distance there are various hiking routes for all levels.

We offer free covered parking with the possibility of charging electric cars and an uncovered one, a terrace with mountain views, and plenty of space reserved exclusively for guests.

The Zompo Lo Schioppo Nature Reserve, the main attraction, can be reached either on foot (20 minutes) or by car (2 km)
The old village of Morino Vecchio is just over 500 meters away. reachable in 10 minutes on foot.
